ABOUT: Marcus hit .441 with 12 home runs and 52 RBI in 2012, being named to the Tennessee Community College Athletic Associate First-Team. Pushed Walters State to a NJCAA DI Region VII championship, and the third-best record in school history (52-11). Ranked among top offensive performers in the NJCAA. Dylan Kelly’s MGC team ended Marcus’ season. Perfect Game USA ranks Marcus as a top-200 MLB draft prospect. College teammate to former Muskrats Chris Costantino, England Smith and Kendall Keeton, and current Muskrat Milan Mantle. Spent part of 2011 at LSU.
